Dear Community of TSG, 

2024 promises to be a special year to embrace family, friends, and all things TREMENDOUS. On behalf of the Goldberg Family and TSG Invitational Planning Committee, we are excited to announce that the 5th Annual TSG Invitational will take place on Monday, August 5, 2024 at the beautiful Kernwood Country Club in Salem, Massachusetts. Save the date, and stay tuned for registration information!

Nothing is more TREMENDOUS than this amazing "Community of Tim," so thank you to all those who participated in the successful 2023 TSG Invitational. Please note that invitations are limited and your support is greatly appreciated. For those not able to participate this year, we have created a TSG Donation button below.

For those wishing to make a donation payable by check, checks can be made payable to Tim Goldberg Memorial Fund and mailed to c/o Andy Goldberg, 7 Rantoul Street, Suite 100-B, Beverly, MA 01915. All net proceeds raised for the Tim Goldberg Memorial Fund directly benefit Kate, Sienna, and Evan, and a portion is used to support an educational scholarship in Tim’s name.

The Annual

Tim Goldberg Invitational

On February 15 2019, the Goldberg family suffered the sudden loss of their incredible husband and father, Tim. As they adjust to life after this deep and tragic loss, friends and family surround them with love and support. With this event, we intend to continue that embrace by celebrating Tim’s loving and joyful spirit, sharing memories of him with Sienna and Evan so that they may always know the goodness of their father, and paying tribute to Tim’s love for the great game of golf. All of the net proceeds from this event will go to the Tim Goldberg Memorial Fund to benefit future educational scholarships donated in Tim’s name.

During these unprecedented times, we want to wish you and your loved ones safety, health and happiness.  We also want to take a moment to thank you for being such an important part of something truly TREMENDOUS, the Tim Goldberg First Annual Invitational.  Now more than ever, Tim Goldberg's TREMENDOUS passion for life, family, friends and community is a model for each of us as we rise together to meet the moment.

“TREMENDOUS!” was Tim's motto: an enthusiastic slogan that, along with Tim’s superlative personal attributes, served as an uplifting anthem to all who were fortunate to share a moment or a lifetime in his impactful presence. Inspired by Tim’s energetic approach to life and relationships, his family and friends are determined to respond to the sudden loss of their husband, father, son, brother and dear friend by creating an event infused by Tim’s boundless positivity. Thus, was born the Tim Goldberg Invitational, a TREMENDOUS gathering combining Tim’s love of family and friends, his considerable mirth and generosity, with his passion for the shared experiences afforded by the warm embrace of nature and friendship that defines the best of the game of golf. 

With your collective unending support, the Tim Goldberg Invitational tournaments have provided a TREMENDOUS contribution to the Tim Goldberg Memorial Fund, established to benefit Tim’s best friend and wife, Kate, and the greatest joys of his life, daughter, Sienna, and son, Evan. For this alone, The Goldberg Family and Tim’s friends are deeply touched and eternally grateful.

We very thankfully choose to recognize and embrace your TREMENDOUS example. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your support. Thank you most of all for honoring Tim with your generosity.
